Loss of animal: if for some reason your animal dies within 48 hours, please contact me ASAP to figure out a replacement. Replacement of animal is the first step. Proof of lose is required, you will need to have pictures of the dead animal and where possible, you will need to bring it back to be able to receive a replacement.

No change-of-mind refunds on live animals.

Problems within 48hrs: message/call immediately with photos/video and setup details; we’ll assess and offer replacement/credit/refund where appropriate.

We Do Not Ship/Send Live Animals with any couriers.
