Cancellation Policy

Trimming Policy & Procedures 1. As I am not a veterinarian, I cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions. Please see a qualified vet for any health worries. 2. When trimming a dog’s nails, if your dog is aggressive, fearful, or doesn’t like strangers, you must fit a muzzle and hold your dog securely so I am not hurt and the trim can be done quickly with less stress for everyone. 3. When trimming a cat’s nails, if your cat is fearful or aggressive, you must hold your cat securely so I can trim the nails quickly and safely, reducing stress for everyone. 4. When trimming a bird or poultry’s nails, beak or feathers, this must be done in a secure area so they cannot escape. If you can safely hold them, that is ideal so we can work quickly and reduce stress. 5. When trimming a reptile's nails &/or turtle's beak this must also be done in a secure area. If you can safely hold the reptile, that is ideal so the trim can be done quickly and calmly. 6. When trimming a rodent’s nails, if your rodent is fearful or aggressive, you must hold it securely so I can trim the nails quickly and safely, reducing stress for everyone. 7. When trimming a guinea pig’s hair, if your guinea pig is fearful or aggressive, you must hold it securely so I can work quickly and safely, reducing stress for everyone. 8. When bathing a rodent, please show me where I can get water, where I can plug in a hair dryer, and a safe bench or surface to carry out the bath and drying. 9. If I accidentally cut too short and cause minor bleeding, I will apply a quick blood‑stopping product to help reduce or stop the bleeding. I am not liable for any injury or damage to the animal where there is no bleeding. 10. Cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours' notice for all changes or cancellations. Late notice will incur the full-service fee. 11. Property Access: If I cannot enter the site at the agreed time, waiting time is taken from your booking. After 1 hour of no access, I will leave and charge the full fee. 12. Equipment: Clients are responsible for repair or replacement costs if my equipment is damaged by others on-site. 13. Conduct: I have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of abuse, threats, or harassment. Such behavior will result in immediate cancellation of work without a refund and may be reported to the police. Your safety and my safety are my top priorities at all times.
