Service Description

All Business Cleaning is Provided After the Business is Closed. (After Hours) Including: - Floors, windows, walls, and ceilings - Kitchens and benches - Bathrooms, toilets, and urinals - Dusting and wiping offices, workstations, and rooms - Organising pantries, cupboards, fridges/freezers, closets, and shelving - Emptying and cleaning bins - High-pressure cleaning of patios, driveways, car parks, paths, and walls - Garage and shed cleaning - Small-load rubbish removal - Whatever I can fit into the back of my Ute's Canopy. Servicing Central Queensland: Rockhampton, Yeppoon, Emu Park, Byfield, Gracemere, The Caves, Mt Morgan & Everywhere in-between. Read the Policy & Procedures, Terms & Conditions Below


Cancellation Policy

Commercial Business Policy & Procedures, Terms & Conditions 1. Bookings: Confirmed once date/time, areas, and price are agreed. One site contact required. 2. Access & security: You provide keys/codes/alarms/parking and site rules (sign-in, PPE, restricted areas). I’ll secure the premises on exit. 3. Scope: Completed to the agreed scope and time booked (e.g., floors, bathrooms, kitchens/break rooms, bins, dusting/wiping, internal windows where accessible). 4. Not included unless agreed: Hazardous waste/biohazards, chemical spills, high-level work needing special equipment. 5. Supplies & safety: I supply standard products unless you require specific ones. Work is done only where safe; wet floors may occur. 6. Quality & issues: Results depend on condition; report concerns within 24–48 hours. 7. Damage & privacy: Not responsible for pre-existing damage/wear. Business information is kept confidential. 8. Cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours' notice for all changes or cancellations. Late notice will incur the full-service fee. 9. Property Access: If I cannot enter the site at the agreed time, waiting time is taken from your booking. After 1 hour of no access, I will leave and charge the full fee. 10. Equipment: Clients are responsible for repair or replacement costs if my equipment is damaged by others on-site. 11. Conduct: I have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of abuse, threats, or harassment. Such behavior will result in immediate cancellation of work without a refund and may be reported to the police. Your safety and my safety are my top priorities at all times.
