Service Description
Includes (as suitable for the property): - Front entry/porch and outdoor living areas swept and cleaned - Cobweb removal from eaves, corners, and exterior surfaces - Exterior walls spot-cleaned where accessible - Windows and glass doors cleaned externally (where reachable) - Tracks and sills wiped (external side where accessible) - Garage door and exterior doors wiped down - Outdoor light fittings and switches wiped (external) - Patio/pergola surfaces wiped down - Rubbish removal to bins (client bins provided) Notes: Service is weather dependent. High areas & steep roofs are not a service I provide. Pressure washing can be added on request. Heavy mould, oxidation, or staining may require an additional treatment. Cancellation Policy
Bond Cleaning Policy & Procedures, Terms & Conditions 1. The bond cleaning quote must be paid in full before any work begins on the property. 2. Quote Needed: Bond Cleans are a big job and generally take me 2 days to accomplish correctly, sometimes longer, depending on the size and how dirty the place is. 3. Scope & quote: Based on a walkthrough or photos/video. Any extras are approved before starting. If the property's condition or the number of items left behind differs significantly from the initial visual quote, additional fees may apply. 4. Property condition: Preferably empty. Heavy rubbish/unsafe conditions may add time/cost. 5. Access & utilities: Keys/entry provided on time; power and water must be connected. 6. Standard inclusions: General internal clean of kitchen, bathrooms, floors, surfaces, cobwebs, and internal windows where accessible (as agreed). 7. Exterior/high-pressure bond cleaning (optional add-on): Patios, paths, driveways, exterior walls (where safe), and outdoor areas as quoted. Results vary with staining and surface condition. 8. Not included unless booked: Blind/curtain cleaning, wall washing & hazardous waste. 9. Re-clean: Touch-ups within the agreed scope must be reported within 48 hours with photos/report; one return visit where possible (access required). 10. Records: Before/after photos may be taken for documentation. 11. Cancellations: Please give at least 48 hours' notice for all changes or cancellations. Late notice will incur the full-service fee. 12. Property Access: If I cannot enter the site at the agreed time, waiting time is taken from your booking. After 1 hour of no access, I will leave and charge the full fee. 13. Equipment: Clients are responsible for repair or replacement costs if my equipment is damaged by others on-site. 14. Conduct: I have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of abuse, threats, or harassment. Such behavior will result in immediate cancellation of work without a refund and may be reported to the police. Your safety and my safety are my top priorities at all times.
