Cancellation Policy

Pet Sitting in My Home Policy & Procedures 1. Suitable pets: Birds, reptiles, and rodents only. Acceptance depends on care needs, and safe housing. 2. Meet & greet required before the first booking. 3. Bring: Food, meds, written care instructions, and essentials. 4. Birds: cage, cover (if used), preferred diet, and any safe toys/perches. 5. Reptiles: enclosure/tub if required, heat/UVB gear, thermostats/timers, and approved foods/supplements. 6. Rodents: secure enclosure, bedding, food, and enrichment items. 7. Health: Must be free of contagious illness/parasites; disclose medical conditions and handling rules. 8. Medication: Given only as instructed and supplied by you. 9. Safety: Pets may be kept separate/quiet as needed; handling only if you approve and it’s safe. 10. Care & updates: Daily care to your routine, with daily updates/photos when possible if you require it. 11. Emergencies: Vet + emergency contact required; I can seek urgent care with an agreed spending limit. 12 Drop-off/pick-up: By appointment; late pick-ups may incur a fee. 13. Cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours' notice for all changes or cancellations. Late notice will incur the full-service fee. 14. Property Access: If I cannot enter the site at the agreed time, waiting time is taken from your booking. After 1 hour of no access, I will leave and charge the full fee. 15. Equipment: Clients are responsible for repair or replacement costs if my equipment is damaged by others on-site. 16. Conduct: I have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of abuse, threats, or harassment. Such behavior will result in immediate cancellation of work without a refund and may be reported to the police. Your safety and my safety are my top priorities at all times.
